      1. Direct Contact with JPJ: In the case of road tax cancellations or refunds, customers must liaise directly with Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ).
      2. No Refunds Processed by Us: We are not authorized to process road tax refunds. These matters are within JPJ's jurisdiction.

  3. Our Role

    1. Our role is strictly that of a payment facilitator. We do not have the authority to cancel policies or issue refunds for either car insurance or road tax. All refund-related queries must be directed to the relevant insurance provider or JPJ.
