5 More Suzuki Dealerships To Open This Year
Malaysian Suzuki importer and distributor Naza Eastern Motors have announced that they’re opening 5 more Suzuki dealerships this year. The announcement was made following their new Suzuki outlet opening ceremony in Penang, Georgetown.
With the new outlet located at Jalan Anson in Penang, this marks it as the third branch in the country after the other two branches in Petaling Jaya and Johor Bahru.“This showroom is not just about expanding our footprint, but also about strengthening the relationship with our valued customers by offering them a world-class experience,” said Datuk Jasmy Ismail, Chairman of Naza Automotive Group during the opening ceremony in Penang.
The chairman also added that the 5 new outlets will be established in Kuching, Klang, Muar, Langkawi and Labuan this year, though there isn’t a timeline to which one comes first.
At present, there are 3 models available for the Malaysian market, being the Suzuki Jimny 3-door and 5-door, along with the Swift Sport and it's limited Silver Edition. The chairman hasn’t hinted at any new models, but there’s potential for a few additions like the new eVitara, Suzuki’s first EV, or the non-Sport variant of the Swift.
