Chery Malaysia Powers Up AISSE 2025 as Official VIP Vehicle Partner

Chery Malaysia has been named the Official VIP Vehicle Partner for the highly anticipated Asia International Security Summit & Expo (AISSE) 2025. The event, set to take place from January 20–22, 2025, at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC).

As part of its partnership, Chery Malaysia will provide a fleet of 60 premium SUVs, including the Omoda 5, Tiggo 7 Pro, and Tiggo 8 Pro, to transport guests and delegates from 15 countries attending the summit. This fleet of vehicles will ensure that VIP guests, dignitaries, and security experts are provided with both comfort and reliability throughout the event.

The handing over ceremony, held in Bangi, Selangor, was a pivotal moment for Chery Malaysia, with Vice Presidents Michael Chew and Cheng Nam Weng formally presenting the fleet to Anita Jacobson, Group Managing Director of Alpine Group Services, and Marina Yahya, Business Advisor of Alpine Group Services. 

The Asia International Security Summit & Expo (AISSE) 2025 is set to become one of the region’s most influential events, bringing together over 200 security organizations, 5,000 trade visitors, and featuring 36 forums and conference sessions. 



The summit, themed “Asia United: Charting the Future of Global Peace and Security Through Law Enforcement Collaboration,” will also feature a special ASEAN+ Security High Roundtable, co-organized by ASEANAPOL. The roundtable will be attended by Home Affairs Ministers and Police Chiefs from participating countries. The event is set to receive a high-profile opening address by Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who will underscore the importance of global peace and security in the modern world.

In his address, Chery Malaysia’s Michael Chew highlighted their commitment to quality and innovation, “It is such an honour to be providing our fleet of cars for the inaugural AISSE 2025 event. Our cars incorporate the latest Chery technologies from safety to comfort for both the passenger and driver, while ensuring affordability for consumers and minimizing environmental impact.”
