PDRM and the Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) has just announced that they will be executing Op Selamat 23 from Chinese New Year Eve (Jan 28) to February 2nd.

The Op Selamat aims to lower traffic incidents and violations during the festive season. Six major offenses will be policed heavily during the operation, which includes speeding, using a phone while driving, ignoring traffic signals, invalid use of emergency lanes, overtaking on double solid lines, and queue-cutting.

PDRM urges all Malaysian drivers to drive safely and obey traffic laws to avoid any mishaps on your journey.
