Honda Malaysia has officially opened bookings for the much-anticipated 2025 Honda Civic facelift. Scheduled to launch on January 1, 2025, the updated Civic has a slight redesign and some new features added.

The 2025 Honda Civic facelift features an updated front and rear bumper, as well as a honeycomb design on the main and lower grille. The sleek new look is complimented with stylish 18-inch matte grey alloy wheels, which are exclusive to the RS variants. Customers will have the option to choose between the e:HEV RS facelift, a hybrid variant, and the RS petrol variant.

Under the hood, the e:HEV RS variant is equipped with Honda’s 2.0L e:HEV hybrid powertrain. The hybrid system delivers 184 PS and an impressive 315 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the petrol-powered RS variant features a 1.5L VTEC Turbocharged engine, which offers 182 PS and 240 Nm of torque.

Safety and connectivity have also been enhanced in the 2025 Honda Civic. The model comes with an updated suite of Honda Sensing advanced driver assistance systems. Key features include Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist System, Collision Mitigation Braking System, and Road Departure Mitigation. Additionally, the facelifted Civic gets access to Honda Connect telemetry services, which enable seamless integration of smartphone-based remote functionalities such as vehicle tracking, status monitoring, and remote control operations.

While official pricing for the facelifted models has yet to be announced, I've listed the pre-facelift prices for reference as follows: the Civic 1.5 E at RM 131,900, the Civic 1.5 V at RM 144,900, the Civic 1.5 RS petrol at RM 151,900, and the Civic 1.5 RS e:HEV hybrid at RM 167,900. So expect the price to be around that ballpark.
