Noisy exhaust? Smoke spewing? Expect higher fines under Amended Act, says Department of Environment

The Department of Environment (DOE) Malaysia has introduced amendments to the Environmental Quality Act, targeting vehicles with noisy exhaust systems and those emitting excessive smoke. These changes aim to reduce air and noise pollution, ensuring a cleaner and quieter environment for all.
