Mercedes-Benz Malaysia unveils four EVs to Tengku Zafrul for NIMP 2030 Net Zero Push

The handover ceremony, held at the ministry's headquarters, showcased Mercedes-Benz's unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship and innovative mobility solutions. The four EVs - the EQS, EQE, EQB, and the EQA - represent the pinnacle of German engineering, each designed to deliver unparalleled performance, luxury, and sustainability.

Tengku Zafrul praised Mercedes-Benz for its proactive role in supporting Malaysia’s green agenda. “These electric vehicles symbolize a significant leap towards achieving our net-zero targets. By integrating advanced EV technology into our transportation sector, we are not only reducing our carbon footprint but also setting a benchmark for sustainable practices,” he said.

• EQS: The flagship electric sedan, combining luxury with a range of up to 770 km.
• EQE: A mid-sized executive sedan, offering cutting-edge technology and a range of 660 km.
• EQB: A versatile electric SUV, perfect for family adventures with a range of 419 km.
• EQA: The compact SUV designed for urban commuting, boasting a range of 429 km.
