Are you someone who frequently spends money to buy “mega boxes” in games, in the hopes of striking some cool “limited skins”? Well, you’re in luck, because we are giving you a chance to win up to RM2,000 in cash without having to spend a single cent!

Motorist App users will be able to participate in our weekly Motorist Vehicle Plate Win draw by simply registering a vehicle on the Motorist App.

The licence plate number of your registered vehicle will be your entry to the draw. Simply match your licence plate number to our winning Vehicle Plate number, and you stand a chance to win up to *RM2,000 in cash.

*The base prize pool is RM1,000. The prize will be shared evenly if there are multiple winners. Winners with a successful referral will receive twice their earnings.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Motorist Vehicle Plate Win draw is open to eligible participants who:
   • Download Motorist App
   • Create a Motorist App account
   • Successfully register a vehicle
   • A Malaysian citizen or legal resident in Malaysia (Proof of age and Status may be required)
2. The motor vehicle has to be successfully registered in the Motorist App by Sunday, 7.25pm every week.
3. Any changes to licence plate numbers have to be made by Sunday, 7.25pm every week.
4. Motor vehicles that are deregistered in the Motorist App will not be eligible.
5. All motor vehicles are eligible to participate.
6. In the event the motor vehicle number has less than 4 digits, the number 0 shall take its place prior to the licence plate number to complete the 4 digits (e.g. VBY801 will enter into the draw as 0801).
7. No winners will be announced if the winning number is 0000.
8. The weekly cash prize of RM1,000 will be shared amongst the number of winners for the week.
9. Winners with at least 1 successful referral will receive double the prize amount. The prize amount will be doubled after sharing the base prize of RM1,000 amongst the number of winners.
10. The successful referral must be completed before the winning number is announced. If the referral was completed after the current draw, it will only be counted for subsequent draws.
11. Licence plate numbers of the winners must be unique. (e.g. different alphabets, same 4 digits that match with the results.)
12. Prizes will be awarded to the owner of the registered vehicle. The Owner’s NRIC should be registered with the vehicle.
13. For commercial/ rental/ leasing vehicles e.g. belongs to a company or car rental company, prizes will be awarded to the director/ owner of the company.
14. For prize collection, winners who are owners of the registered vehicle are to present their NRIC and winners’ message from Mel Chat on the Motorist App. Winners who are company directors are to present the company’s SSM, NRIC and winners' message from Mel Chat on the Motorist App.
15. Should non-owners collect the prize on behalf of the owner, they are to present the owner’s NRIC, a screenshot of the winners’ message from Mel Chat and a letter of authorisation for prize collection. Should a non-director collect the prize on behalf of the director, they are to present a letter of authorisation, the company’s SSM, the director’s NRIC and a screenshot of the winners’ message from Mel Chat on the Motorist App for prize collection.
16. All disputes not specifically covered by these Terms & Conditions may be referred to Motorist Technology Sdn Bhd whose decision thereon shall be final and conclusive.
17. For the avoidance of doubt, Motorist Technology Sdn Bhd may in its sole and absolute discretion, decide on the rightful winner of the prizes.
18. Motorist Technology Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change and vary the prize at any time and may substitute any prize for an alternative prize of similar value without prior notice. The value of the prize will be solely determined by Motorist.
19. Motorist Technology Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, including the right to cancel the giveaway in such manner as they deem fit, without prior notice or reason, and without liability to such participant or winner.
20. Motorist Technology Sdn Bhd accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, liability, injury or disappointment suffered by the winner entering the giveaway or as a result of accepting the prize.
21. By accepting the prize, the Prize Winner agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Motorist Technology Sdn Bhd from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action or losses, with respect to or arising out of or related to the prize.
22. The Motorist Vehicle Plate Win draw will take place every Sunday after 7.30pm.
23. Motorist Technology Sdn Bhd will notify prize winners through the chat feature on the Motorist App within 3 days after the end of each draw. Prize winners will be required to acknowledge the prize acceptance via the chat feature within seven (7) working days after receipt. Prizes that are not accepted within 7 working days will be forfeited. Prizes that are not claimed within 30 working days from the redemption date will be forfeited as well. Motorist Technology Sdn Bhd accepts no responsibility or liability in the event that the Prize Winner cannot be contacted.
24. Motorist Technology Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, improper or late entry without disclosing or providing any reason whatsoever. Motorist Technology Sdn Bhd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the giveaway with or without prior notice.
25. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in all reasonable marketing publicity as instructed by Motorist relating to the Prize prior to and after the collection of the Prize, which includes sharing a permanent and mandatory post on Facebook.
26. Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with Motorist Technology Sdn Bhd Privacy Policy, a copy of which may be obtained from Motorist’s offices or from www.motorist.my. By continuing to participate in the giveaway, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Motorist’s conditions of use of website and Motorist’s Privacy Policy.
27. These Terms and Conditions and the giveaway shall be construed and governed by the laws of Malaysia.
28. Entry to the giveaway is personal to the entrant.
29. Apple is not a sponsor or involved in the giveaway in any manner.
